Born in Yokohama 1965, Tsuyuki graduated from Kanto Gakuin University, and since 1990 has studied composition with Kenjiro Urata. Tsuyuki’s powerful “Abstract for Band” was commissioned by the All Japan Band Association, for which it premiered in 1996, recorded by the Tokyo Kosei Wind Orchestra.
